Firstly, you found this page for a reason. You are getting ready to elevate your health and wellness and it’s my greatest wish to support you through my work as a holistic nutritionist. There are many factors that play a role in both our physical and mental wellbeing, and many facets to consider when helping clients to thrive. Diet, lifestyle, stress levels (both actual and perceived), genetics, environment and sleep all have a massive impact on our wellbeing. Sometimes small adjustments may be required to make phenomenal shifts across multiple areas of our lives. Holistic nutrition takes into account all the competing forces in your life and treats them accordingly. My philosophy when it comes to wellness is rooted in both eastern and western wisdom, embodied through the foundations of diet, mindfulness and movement. All of which I consider to be vital elements to lasting wellness. I have a Bachelor of Nutrition through Torrens University, over 5 years of expertise gained through working in the health industry and lived experience managing and healing Crohn’s disease using the above principles. I am currently undertaking studies in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), the science and art of understanding the subconscious mind to restructure unsupportive beliefs to that of encouraging ones. This will allow me to deeply support and guide you through any blocks and challenges that may arise during our sessions together, and coach you towards healthier ways of thinking and being.

My Approach

I believe that our health starts and ends with the gut, the foods we eat and finding healthy ways to manage stress.

I don’t however believe in magic pills or following the latest diet trends on TikTok.

Whilst I am a firm believer in healthy indulgence and not making anything we do inherently ‘good’ or ‘bad’, the truth of the matter is this: each time you consume something it has to potential to feed disease or fight it… the choice is always ours to make. I encourage you to feel into this notion with a kind and gentle mind. It is my mission to empower my you with the information you need to make dietary and lifestyle choices that are conducive to lasting wellness, without missing out on any of the good stuff in life. I am continually blown away witnessing the incredible changes my clients have seen in their physical and mental wellbeing by making a few simple adjustments to their daily routines. It truly humbles me and inspires my every move.
